TMDs

From 5 October 2021, new obligations commence for all funders to publish and maintain Target Market Determinations (TMDs) in relation to our consumer credit products.

These will clarify who a product is appropriate for and helps us all to ensure that each and every customer receives the most appropriate product for their needs.

As a Mortgage Manager, we distribute products for a number of wholesale mortgage funders (issuers) and the TMDs for those products can be found here.
